I’ve always thought the early 70s Ducati 750 GT was a looker. That silver frame, the flat seat, the hint of metalflake in the paint and the upswept exhausts: it’s the archetype of the classic retro style so popular today. The round case GT was designed by Fabio Taglioni, and was also the first Ducati to feature the now-familiar L-twin motor. The images here show a 1972 model; after being restored, it spent ten years in a shed, unridden. A few days ago it was wheeled out, the dust was brushed off, and it was taken to the Toulouse studio of French motorcycle photographers Guerry and Prat. Located within the Ozark Mountains the Blessings Golf Clubhouse and Guardhouse, designed by Marlon Blackwell Architect, is a stand-alone structure set at the base of the hill, with a footprint minimally contacting the land. Acting as a type of covered bridge from the north-facing mountain ridge into the Osage Indian archaeological preservation zone the building creates an entry portal that operates as a breezeway framing the eighteenth green. Conceived as an animate form, the building receives the visitor beneath its cool and shaded underbelly, not unlike the clefts and caves found in the nearby hills — via ArchDaily

The Arc House, designed by, Maziar Behrooz Architecture is a private residence designed for a couple and their two big dogs.

The site is under a flight path to the local airport and close to a train track. We felt that by using an industrial building technology, an airplane hangar, we would transcend the perceived limitations of such proximities. The new JeanRichard Titanium Diverscope automatic diving watch was announced about three months ago, but was officially presented only last week at SIHH 2011 trade show.

Like the rest of the gang, the watch is presented in a cushion-shaped case with a pair of screw-in crowns at the left and right side: the former operates the internal bi-directional rotating bezel, and the latter is for winding, as well as for setting time and date.

The timepiece is, however, slightly smaller than some other JeanRichard watches that are powered by the same in-house JR1000 automatic movement — via World Watch Review
