Romain Jerome continues it series of watches containing the “DNA” of famous objects (like the Titanic or the moon) with the Liberty-DNA, which contains material from the Statue of Liberty. The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation and the Gold Leaf Corporation supplied fragments of the statue recovered during resoration work, which have been incorporated into the dial. In addition, the bronze bezel (which contains 12 spikes resembling the statue’s crown) will change colour as it ages, just like the Statue of Liberty itself has.
