The RSPCA says an animal cruelty case in Mackay in north Queensland is one of the worst it has seen in several years.

A 30-year-old man is due to face court next month after he allegedly glued a puppy’s eyes shut, punched and kicked it and dragged it along the ground — via redwolf.newsvine.com
