Government Agencies Failing In Anti-Fraud Measures

Government agencies are exposing taxpayers to fraud through gaps in their control and reporting of embezzlement, identity theft, leaks and privacy breaches. One in seven federal departments and agencies does not have a fraud-control plan, the Australian National Audit Office discovered in a joint investigation with the Australian Institute of Criminology
