Solar Smart Bins Given Email Link to Garbos

Brisbane City Council is trialling new solar powered public rubbish bins which compact rubbish and email the council when they are full. In the next few months, 10 bins will be trialled in the CBD and Fortitude Valley at a cost of $30,000.
