DARE a Dud

After two decades the DARE campaign, that required US school children to just say no, has discovered that not only was it expensive and effectual, but it may actually have contributed to greater drug use by high school students. There’s nothing like using the technique of burying your head in the sand to make a problem go away, perhaps they should have tried education over ignorance and catchy slogans
