Chisholm Institute’s ZOOM Eagle, an electric car built by mechanical engineering students, is undeniably cute. Its designer, teacher Don Elliott, looks on the diminutive, three-wheeled, one-seater, carbon-fibre bubble with pride and great expectation. One day soon, he says, everyone will drive cars like this
