Baywood Mansion / Alexander King

The Baywood Mansion is an eight-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Highland Park home was constructed in 1880 by Alexander King, an Irish immigrant turned millionaire glass manufacturer. A local family, Dr Frank and Maura Brown, purchased the Second Empire-style home in 1994 and spent the last 25 years carefully renovating the red brick mansion’s sprawling 22 rooms — via Curbed
