Round House / Eddie Parker

This house dates back to 1962 and was designed by Eddie Parker, who was a protege of Bruce Goff, with this design taking inspiration from the latter. Called the Round House, the 540 square metre design is shaped like a half-circle for the most part and incorporates elements of stone, wood and glass alongside onyx terrazzo and brass inlaid concrete floors. This slice of Dallas architecture history, 7507 Baxtershire Drive is on the market now for $1,725,000 — via Curbed
