Hilton Leech Studio / Jack West + Elizabeth Boylston Waters + Tatiana White

Known as the Round House, or the Hilton Leech Studio, the striking residence was designed by Jack West and Elizabeth Boylston Waters in 1960 for artists Hilton and Dorothy Leech as their personal home and as a teaching studio. It has since been carefully updated by local architect Tatiana White. Located on three private lots, the property at 4433 Riverwood Avenue includes a heated pool and gardens. It’s offered at $1 million — via Curbed
