Bungalow Heaven / Henry C Deming

This recently restored 1911 Craftsman bungalow is one of 13 such homes designed and built by Henry C Deming in this Historic Landmark District called, what else, Bungalow Heaven, which comprises 16 blocks in the heart of Pasadena, California.

Not only is this three-bedroom, 1,597-square-foot gem historically significant and prize-worthy (it won the Pasadena Golden Arrow Award for it’s front garden and restoration in 2010), it also has a Hollywood past. The home was featured in the 2001 film The Man From Elysian Fields. It’s on the market for $799,000 — via Curbed
