Designed in 2006 by the architect Robert Swan for his family, the house is found in a
quiet plot at the side of a Victorian viaduct in Bewdley, Worcestershire. That’s right, a viaduct runs right alongside.
In addition to that, the land was formerly part of the landscaped gardens of a country house designed by noted garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. That means many of the original plantings from the period of the house remain.
