Safari Chronometer / Ralph Lauren

The Safari Chronometer’s is powered by Ralph Lauren’s RL300-1 calibre—more accurately known as the Sellita SW300 — a COSC-certified movement that has a power reserve of 42 hours and is tastefully decorated. The steel case’s gun-metal finish is a prominent design feature, as is the rich-looking alligator strap. The real stunner, however, is the khaki coloured dial, which pops against against the case’s darker hue and tough-looking aesthetic. Black super luminova completes the look, but rest assured that the watch glows like a torch when charged, helping it hold its own in the rugged tool watch world — via Perpétuelle
