Parallax Tourbillon / Grönefeld

The Parallax Tourbillon builds on the Grönefeld style not only in the dial, but also in the treatment of its movement, an in-house designed calibre with flying tourbillon. The G-03 calibre features a push-to-wind/push-to-set crown and a power reserve indication for good measure. This movement continues the theme from the One Hertz with parallel running bridges that feature a mix of grained and polished surfaces to create a lot of contrast. You can see the entire affair through the sapphire caseback. But, the star of the show here is the flying tourbillon, and you can see the single arm of the upper cage suspending the escapement on the dial side — via HODINKEE
