I have a hoodie with horns, but the base hoodie isn't that great. This is a handy DIY guide for when I need to replace it.

I don't know about cats (that came via CRAFT) but the dogs don't react to the horns. Humans, on the other hand, do tend to think you're a freak.

Thanks! Post updated.

Eric Karjala's original post from 2001 Rock/Papers/Scissors:

I understand that Scissors can beat Paper and I get how Rock can beat Scissors, but there’s no fucking way Paper could beat Rock. Apparently, Paper is supposed to magically wrap around Rock, leaving it immobile. Why the hell can’t Paper do this to Scissors? No, never mind Scissors, why can’t Paper do this to people? Why aren’t sheets of college-ruled notebook paper constantly smothering students as they attempt to take notes in class? I’ll tell you why: because Paper can’t beat anybody. A rock would tear that shit up in about a minute.

Whenever I play Rock/Paper/Scissors, I always choose Rock. When somebody claims to have beaten me with their Paper, I punch them in the face with my already-clenched fist.
Eric Karjala’s original post from 2001 Rock/Papers/Scissors:

I’ll say, Oh, shit, man, I’m sorry, I thought Paper would protect you. Asshole.

Looks like a hoax:

Source: Psychic tips to mass grave

Source is changing stories to change the claim of bodies into could be blood.

Apparently some self-promoting loser claiming to be a psychic is wasting police time. For the press to be onto this so fast, I'm betting the arsehole called them first.

Casa del Nido Ospre, contrasts reconciled: respect for México's Nature is the inspiration behind this villa designed by Jones Studio. Removed any boundary between inside and outside, building and landscape are fused in one harmonious element, following the trend in contemporary architecture we like the most. And you? What's your favourite trend in architecture?

This product gives those individuals a chance to learn the way to control their bodies and still allow for a lot more time to please their partner. Nonetheless this product might not assist those with a physical difficulty. It is mainly intended for those gentlemen who have not made the mind body connection yet. As for the outside, it just like any other Durex condom - lubricated with a standard lubricant for her and fitted shape for him.

I don't think I have ever HATED anything in my life so much as I hate the mongrel fucking Koel bird!!!!!! Suffered through 5/6 months of the feathered asshole's loud, foghorn squawking last year, and now its started yet again in the tree across the road. Making my life a total misery, same as last year. I don't think I can bear it! From 2am in the morning right through to 8am when I leave for work, tired as all hell - I mean doesn't it ever shut up?? Sleep time is now a constant personal nightmare. My only joy is thinking up things I would do to it if I could catch it. Like holding it down, and grinding its voicebox and throat into the ground with a good pair of stilettos!! Ah I can picture the sense of satisfaction now!

You'd think the stupid people across the road (whose tree the mongrel is in) would do something about it - maybe they're one of those lunatics who actually enjoy the sound - WTF!

Going to do the CD's in the tree thing tomorrow on my day off, and hope to God it improves the situation - otherwise I'm off to Dial-A-Sniper.......

To try to put this hyena crap to rest i will tell off a sight i personaly was witness to in south africa. I was a U. S. Marine on a peace keeping opp when one day a pack of wild, YES WILD, hyenas came into the village looking for hand outs. Some were even playing with the kids in the village. The pack had become so used to people they treated them like long lost family members. It is all about how one treats the animal. And anyone who thinks any domestic breed could stand up to one of these animals needs to get to the zoo and check out these 150 lbs, 4 ft tall, lion killing beasts.

The Apple iPad today, is a killing word -- more than a product -- it's a brand new idea, and potentially a mover in the electronics world. Before iPad today it was called the Apple Tablet, the Slate, Canvas, and a handful of other guesses -- but what was little more speculation for nearly ten years is now very much a reality. Announced on January 27th to a middling response, Apple h for what could be the most significant product launch in its historyfor the Ipad Today world; the making (or breaking) of an entirely new class of computer for the company. The iPad is something in between its monumental iPhone and wildly successful MacBook line -- a usurper to the netbook throne, and possibly a sign of things to come for the entire personal computer market... if Apple delivers on its promises. And those are some big promises; the company has been tossing around words like "magical" and "revolutionary" to describe what many have dismissed as nothing more than a larger version of its iPod touch. But is that all there is to this device? Is the hope that Apple promises for this new computing experience nothing more than marketing fluff and strategic hyperbole? Or is this a different beast altogether -- a true sign that change has come to the world of the PC? We have the definitive answers to those questions (and many more) right here, so read on for our full review of the Apple iPad!

I don't know what kind of fibre you have. Is it already spun? If not you'll need to get it spun first and if spinning, it will need to be the soft fuzzy undercoat and not the coarser guard hair. Obviously, it will need to be clean too as there are few spinners who will be willing to take on dirty fuzz.
Once spun, it can then be woven, knitted or crocheted into a scarf.
Another option is to have the fuzz felted. Your options may be limited by how much fibre you have available.
Two places you can go for further info is Queensland Spinners Weavers and Fibre Artists and the anzweavespin group. You should be able to track someone down there who'll be able to lead you in the right direction

We have lost a much loved Corgi- was wanting someone to weave his hair, do you know anybody in Brisbane Australia who could do this for me as I would like to make a scarf of something of that approximate size. Many thanks.

At 3.30am this morning I found this site and was reassured I was NOT alone being sent totally CUCKOO by the bloody Koel!! Last Christmas I could be found outside at 4am in my nightwear trying to shut the thing up before it drove our guests away. Thismorning I tried playing the cooee call but it just sat in the tree and answered back..ignored the eagle call!! I have the hose hooked up to a BIG pump today and tonight plan to BLAST it right out of the tree!! I also have a strobe light ordered!! SOMETHING has to work before Christmas guests arrive!! Has ANYONE had permanent success in ridding their garden of this creature. We live in the country and so it has MANY trees to settle in but WHY does it pick one close to the house. It is a big tree so too hard to attach an eagle kite too.

I first posted a year ago. We've had a wattlebird driving us mad every October, for the last 3-4 years here in Melbourne. Its now December and we've been woken at 5.20 am every single morning since Oct. Really sick of it. We got the strobe and it worked well for a couple of days, then the bird just moved to another tree. It seems we'd need multiple strobe lights pointed at different trees, in order for it to work. Will be trying the eagle sound on an ipod timer next. Don't know if that works for wattlebirds, but will try it. I wish the council could allow us to trap it or something. We're in an inner suburb, Balwyn, and this thing is as loud as a rooster, yet it seems there's nothing we can do about it. Perhaps moving to a house with no trees in the garden is the only answer.
