Farm With Japanese Tea House / New Hampshire

As far as farms go, this one in New Hampshire asking $3.2 million is pretty stylish. In addition to the 1840 main house, guest house, four ponds, orchards, gardens, and 325 acres of land, it comes with a fairly massive Japanese tea house, which, from the looks of things, is currently being used as a massive rec room. Although who knows — maybe they clear out the drum kit, foosball table, and poker setup when it’s time for the tea ceremonies — via Curbed
