Sherman Oaks House / Richard Dorman

A splendidly preserved ’50s home by midcentury SoCal architect Richard Dorman has hit the market in the LA area. The original owners of the house lived in the 2,226-square-foot home until 2004, and per the listing, made virtually no changes. Now restored using archival photographs, the four-bedroom house shows off its sleek post-and-beam architecture, glass walls, original masonry fireplace in the living room, and a kitchen with walnut cabinetry and updated stainless steel appliances. The 0.44-acre property comes also comes with a newly refinished pool — via Curbed
